  • How far is the airport from the Terminal?
    The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is approximately 65 miles from the property. The Atlantic City Airport (ACY) is approximately 13 miles from the property.
  • I have an event with a DJ coming to the Terminal. Will they be permitted to set up?
    Showboat stagehands will set up and operate sound and lighting for musical presentations such as DJs except when the presentation uses a house sound system.
  • We have a band performing at our event, will show labor be required?
    They will not require show labor to set up unless they are using rented equipment.
  • How do I book space?
    You may call the main line at 610.306.4409 during normal business hours to be redirected to the appropriate sales manager. Click HERE to fill our the online "Request for Proposal" form and a sales manager will be in contact with you soon.
  • Is outside food and beverage permitted inside the Convention Center?
    Outside food is permitted inside the venue.
  • Are there parking fees?
    Due to demand and location, the daily parking rate ranges from $15 to $30.
  • Where is the Terminal located?
    The Terminal is located inside the Showboat Hotel and Resort in the South West wing.
